Upon full completion of your payment allocations (including statutory requirements), you are issued an official Receipt of Payment, an executed Contract of Sale, a Deed of Assignment, and a Registered Survey Plan specifying your precise plot coordinates.
Are there hidden charges or developmental fees?
We maintain 100% pricing transparency. Alongside the land cost, clients are only required to clear a standard one-time Statutory Fee which covers the Registered Survey, Deed of Assignment, and the Estate Development Levy (infrastructure). All details are presented upfront in your official Offer Letter.
Can I pay in installments?
Yes, Dreamdrew Properties offers convenient, flexible installment structures over 3, 6, and 12 months for select gated estates. Physical allocation occurs immediately upon full settlement.
When can I commence construction on my allocated plot?
You can commence physical construction immediately following your physical plot allocation, provided statutory fees are cleared and your building blueprints match the estate's modern residential design guidelines.
